Mint Development Company was established in 2019.

Mint successfully developed two QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) net lease properties, completed four site selection assignments, and acted as the owner’s representative on two projects from 2019-2024.

In 2024, Mint’s founder, Rob Barse, joined Noor Companies as their Vice President of Development.

Mint’s portfolio includes a Caribou Coffee “Cabin”, minority ownership in a 75-unit senior housing community and 6,000 SF historic riverfront restaurant property available for lease or sale
