Purpose
Mint Development Co is 100% focused on shifting people’s thinking about rental norms and elevating the guest and resident experience by creating boutique rental properties that people want to visit or call home.
History
Since 2019, Mint Dev Co has been engaged for site selection services by an affordable housing operator and self-developer; entitled 11 acres to co-develop a 70-unit senior housing project; and contracted to manage the development of a 100,000 square foot mixed-use historic tax credit redevelopment project with combined total project costs exceeding $50 million.
